Select from Balti Gosht (Lamb), Balti Murgh (Chicken), Balti Chingri (Prawns), Balti Jhinga (King Prawns), Balti Subzi (Vegetables), Balti Maas (Cod Fillet). These dishes can be prepared to any strength you desire; either medium, madras, vindaloo or pall. Additionally, you can choose to have any of the above prepared with a vegetable of your choice including Bhindi (Okra), Brinjal (Aubergine), Saag (Spinach), Aloo (Potatoes), Gobi (Cauliflower).
Try these dishes with Roshon rice (fluffed rice stir fried with fresh garlic) or with Kadaki nan with onion.
